The desktop
When your computer starts, the first screen you see is the desktop. Icons are small pictures that open programs or files when you double-click them.
Using the mouse
- Left click: select something.
- Double click: open a program or file.
- Right click: show more options.
Opening and closing programs
Open a program from the Start menu. Close it by clicking the X in the top-right corner.
