Software Project Manager – (NayPyiTaw)

Location – Naypyitaw (Accommodation Arrangement)
Salary- up to 3,000,000 MMK

Job Summary

Project Manager is responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of eGovernment, Digital Transformation, IT Infrastructure, Software Development, Platform Development, and Digital Payment Integration projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
•Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
•Monitor project progress, milestones, deliverables, and performance indicators.
•Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed scope.
•Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and implement mitigation strategies.
•Conduct project status reviews and prepare management reports.
•Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, and external stakeholders.
•Manage project documentation, change requests, and governance processes.
•Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and quality standards.
•Track project financial performance, including revenue, cost, and profitability.
•Establish project control mechanisms for monitoring schedules, budgets, and resource utilization.
•Identify new business opportunities in eGovernment, ICT, FinTech, Digital Services, and Digital Transformation sectors.
•Develop and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, enterprise customers, technology partners, and strategic stakeholders.
•Support preparation of proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, technical and commercial submissions.
•Participate in client presentations, solution demonstrations, and business negotiations.
•Coordinate with technical teams to develop solution concepts and project costing.

Qualifications
•Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
•Master’s Degree or MBA is an advantage.
•PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
Experience
•Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Business Development, or related roles.
•Proven experience managing IT, Software Development, Digital Transformation, eGovernment, FinTech, or Payment Integration projects.
•Experience working with government agencies, public sector projects, or large enterprise customers is preferred.
•Experience in proposal preparation, tender submissions, and business negotiations is an advantage.
