Requirements
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

- Strong knowledge of aged care standards, clinical governance, quality systems
- Experience managing complex care needs and clinical decision-making
- Infection Prevention and Control qualification (or willingness to obtain)
- Postgraduate Management / Gerontology / Dementia / Leadership desirable
