What you’ll do

• Receive, store and issue materials, equipment and goods against the matching documents
• Check quantity and quality of goods coming in and going out
• Record inbound and outbound data in the system or on paper forms
• Count stock and prepare remaining-stock reports
• Keep the storage area tidy and up to site standards
• Coordinate with other departments and with Chinese and Myanmar colleagues
• Translate and communicate store information among Thai, Chinese and Myanmar as needed
• Check material-requisition documents and follow deliveries so they go out on time
• File warehouse documents and reports
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Vocational certificate, diploma or bachelor’s in a related field — or store / warehouse experience (experience is listed as a plus)
• Able to communicate in Chinese and Myanmar; Thai communication is a special advantage
• Basic knowledge of receiving, issuing, storage and stock-counts
• Computer skills and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Careful, responsible, able to check documents accurately
• Good communication and teamwork; able to work under pressure
• Factory or industrial warehouse experience is a plus

Pay
