Myanmar workers in Australia — jobs, sponsorship, rates
Practical start page — Australian job cards on MMKHub, sponsorship red flags, and AUD remittance orientation.
Updated: 27 Oct 2026 (Asia/Rangoon) · For: Myanmar readers interested in Australia · Info only — not migration advice
Australia cards on MMKHub are selective. Many “sponsorship” ads on big boards are onshore-only or need registration first (e.g. AHPRA for nurses). Use this hub to open the live filter, read remittance quirks, and avoid agents who sell impossible shortcuts.

- Australia jobs on MMKHub — live filter
- Sending money from Australia or NZ — why MMK looks odd
- Live AUD orientation via homepage rates — confirm with your provider
(MMKHub does not yet host a Canberra embassy page — use official DFAT / Myanmar MFA channels for consular needs.)
Jobs & sponsorship reality check
- Open AU jobs for cards we verified publicly (example corridor: aged-care roles that state sponsorship + relocation — still confirm offshore eligibility with HR).
- Nursing: AHPRA registration (or a clear pathway) almost always comes first. Nobody reputable “skips AHPRA” for a fee.
- Read the Caution block on each MMKHub job card before you message anyone.
Red flags: migration Facebook pages that “guarantee 482” after payment · SEEK mirrors that say sponsorship but filter onshore applicants only · agents asking for passport deposit.
Money home (AUD → MMK)
- AUD corridors often show a different MMK figure than USD worker boards — read the AUD/NZD remittance howto.
- Cross-check layers: Three MMK numbers on payday.

MMKHub note
Informational only. Not a registered migration agent, not an employer, not a remittance desk. Visa subclasses (e.g. 482) and licensing rules change — confirm with the employer and official Australian government sites.
