Apply safely on JobThai as a Myanmar interpreter (2026)

Apply safely on JobThai as a Myanmar interpreter — verify live URL, no broker fee, confirm pay/visa in writing.

Interpreter / coordinator roles for Myanmar workers in Thailand often appear on JobThai. This is a practical safety checklist — not legal advice and not a recruitment service. MMKHub only points at public listings; we do not place you in a job.

Browse current openings on the MMKHub jobs board first, then open the official JobThai URL on each post.

1. Verify the listing is still live

  1. Open the JobThai link from the hub post (or search the company + title yourself on jobthai.com).
  2. Check the page still shows the job — not “ตำแหน่งงานนี้ปิดรับสมัครแล้ว” / closed.
  3. Note the job id in the URL (e.g. /en/job/1973889) and the update date on the card.
  4. If the hub post is older than the closed card, do not apply — wait for a new live listing.

2. Apply only on JobThai (anti-scam)

  1. Prefer Apply Now, resume upload, or JobThai Trust Mail so the application is logged on the platform.
  2. Use the phone / email / LINE printed on that same JobThai card — nowhere else.
  3. Stop if someone messages you on random LINE / Facebook / Telegram claiming to be “HR for this factory” but is not named on the JobThai card.
  4. Never pay a broker placement fee, “visa guarantee fee”, or “uniform deposit” to a stranger to get this JobThai role. Real employers interview first; fees belong in a written company process, not a chat QR code.

3. Confirm pay, visa, and dorm in writing before you resign

Ask (and keep screenshots / email) for:

Topic What to confirm
Pay Monthly base, OT formula, deductions, payday
Status Work-permit / visa sponsorship — who files, who pays
Housing Dorm / allowance, food deductions, exit notice
Hours Shifts, rest days, probation length
Start Earliest start date and required documents

If answers only come as voice notes with no written follow-up, slow down.

4. After you get the job — Immigration & permit basics

Interpreter roles often include helping coworkers with documents — know your own duties too:

A new job does not automatically fix an overdue 90-day report or an expired permit.

5. Quick red-flag list

  • Closed JobThai URL + “apply on LINE instead”
  • “Guaranteed visa in 3 days” after you pay first
  • Salary far above the public card with no written offer
  • Ask for your passport photos / bank OTP in chat before an interview
  • Someone refuses Trust Mail / platform Apply and only wants personal transfer fees

MMKHub disclaimer: Info only. Confirm every duty, pay figure, and immigration step with the employer and official Thai offices yourself. MMKHub is not a recruitment agency, not the employer, and not Immigration.
