Find work without fake agents

• Prefer employer careers pages or well-known boards (e.g. JobThai) with a live URL you can open yourself.

• Before you resign: “Based on experience” vs a published THB band
• Factory payday: OT hours, OT rate & dorm deductions on your payslip

Red flags: agent fee to “guarantee” a factory seat · passport held as deposit · offer only on WhatsApp with no company name.
